AIR COOLER/FALCOOL 2K
DESCRIPTION :
REDOX imported Air Cooler/Falcool 2K is a specially formulated liquid product for treating engines of various material makes. It contains an anti-scalant, non-chromate and is pH buffered. Its applications are complemented by a simple test method for nitrite reserves, therefore eliminating undue time spent on close monitoring of cooling water systems. Air Cooler/Falcool 2k is easy to apply as received, and is fully compatible with water in ethylene glycol solutions.
As an added precaution, a system that has been contaminated by oil or mineral scales need to be removed before beginning treatment. Other than this, it is not necessary to drain down, resulting in water / chemical loss. The product is compatible with other non-chromate treatment in use has chlorinated dolvents, petroleum solvents and surface active agents. It removers oil, grease and carbon deposits effectively from diesel engine air coolers, scavenging air trunk systems and turbochargers without leaving residue or has no deleterious effects on the engines.

DIRECTIONS :
For in-service cleaning, mix 1 part of Air Cooler/Solvante Cleaner thoroughly with 2 parts of water to form a 33% solution and is injected by air through an atomizing nozzle into the charged air trunking, before the air cooler.
The rate and frequency of application depends on the condition of the engine, but for an initial dosage, we recommend the following for injections every 24 hours:
6,000 to 12,000 H.P. --1 liter Air Cooler/Solvante Cleaner with 2 liters of water
12,000 to 24,000 H.P. --1-1/2 liters Air Cooler/Solvante Cleaner with 3 liters of water
24,000 H.P. & above --2 liters Air Cooler/Solvante Cleaner with 4 liters of water
For hands pray cleaning, stop the engine and open the inspection cover of the air trunking system. Then open the air cooler drain valves. Apply neat product through a pressure hands pray onto the cooler coils and let it aside for a minimum of 1 hour loosen the deposits. Wash off the loosen deposits with a water jet.
For stubborn deposits, soak the cooler parts overnight into a tank of neat Air Cooler Cleaner. Take the parts out and flush with plenty of water.
