SCALE & OXIDE REMOVER
DESCRIPTION :
REDOX imported FALCHEM SCALE X Scale & Oxide Remover is a superior, heavy duty, concentrated liquid acid solution specifically designed to remove rust and water scale build-up from boilers, evaporators, heat exchangers, cooling systems, pipeline collection systems, etc.
REDOX Scale & Oxide Remover is characterized by the composition of high quality raw materials and the quick and effective results once applied.

APPLICATION：

Cleaning if boilers, evaporators, condensers, water jackets and heat exchangers

Air-conditioning cooling towers and diesel engine cooling systems

Removes scale and lime deposits in water tanks and pipes

Removes rust from water or sterilizer tanks
DIRECTIONS：
For small machine parts, dilute REDOX Scale & Oxide Remover with 1 : 5 parts of water (depending on the heaviness of scale deposits) and pour it into a tank. Slowly put the machine parts into the tank and let it soak for a few hours. Make sure the tank is properly ventilated to prevent accumulation of gases. Once the cleaning process is completed, take them out of the tank and rinse with water. Then dry the parts.
For large systems eg Boilers and cooling towers, pour water into the steel drum. Then add REDOX Scale & Oxide Remover in the ratio if 1 part of REDOX Scale & Oxide Remover：3 parts of water and preferably heat it to 70 deg C (160 deg F). Transfer the solution by pump injector to the equipment and let it circulate into the system for 2~4 hours. Do not allow the solution to circulate in the equipment for more than 24 hours. Then drain the system or rinse the equipment. Flush with clean water.
CAUCTION :

※ If contact with eyes or skin, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
※ Close the bucket lid after using.
※ The product must be stored in a cool place and away from sources of ignition.
